Executive Chef David Lee

 

                            Chef David is a private chef who has been classically trained. 

 He focused his career in formal fine dining with extensive work in high

end buffets and fine dining ala carte.

          David recieved his Cullinary Arts Certificate from the Oregon Coast Cullinary

Academy.  Two years of experience that included the Mar-A-Largo, Trumps private

estate,the Trump International Gold Club of Palm Beach, Florida, and Jack

Nicklaus's The City Club, where he tuned his culinary crafts to perfection.

          Chef David is proud to return home to the Rogue Valley, bringing his style

of personal perfection that gives attention to detail that your event deserves.
